Replanting Specialist

Job Description Summary :

The Replanting Specialist assists the operational team in identifying and resolving issues related to replanting performance. They analyze root causes, offer improvement recommendations, and suggest innovative solutions to enhance replanting processes. Additionally, they collaborate with the operational team, conduct field observations when necessary, and share knowledge to improve replanting practices.

Job Descriptions :

• Assist the operational team in monitoring and identifying indications of replanting performance decline.

• Analyze issues and root causes leading to replanting performance not meeting expected targets in terms of quantity and quality, alongside the operational team.

• Provide recommendations for technical improvements to ensure replanting processes meet company standards.

• Offer new ideas to enhance replanting performance, including mechanization, new technology, and innovative work methods.

• Act as a partner to the operational team, discussing replanting issues.

• Execute field observation and diagnostic programs for underperforming replanting areas if needed, aiming to identify field conditions and locate sources of issues.

• Share knowledge with the operational team to enhance replanting knowledge and skills in the field.

Job Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Agronomy

• Having minimal 2 year of working experience in Replanting

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
