We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosis, repair, and conversion of Fronius equipment.

• Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).

• Development of tools focused on customer service.

• Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.

• Preparation of technical reports.

• Warehouse management (cycle counts, replenishment improvements).

• Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.

• ERP system management.

• Follow-up of service cases in CRM.

• Support in basic facility maintenance activities.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience: ​

• Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree

• 1–2 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of industrial or welding equipment.

• Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
