Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform visuals inspection of products before testing to ensure readiness & compliance.
2. To conduct tests and identifies defective components or areas and accurately log findings in the RMA repair database.
3. Carry out Engineering Change Order (ECO) upgrades as required.
4. Follow supervisor's instruction and testing procedures.
5. Comply with standardized testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality targets.
6. Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
7. Adhere to company and production department's policies and procedures
8. Execute additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. A diploma in electronic or electrical engineering is a plus, however a candidate with a related certificate will also be considered.
2. Fundamental understanding of PC, System and server operation including basic troubleshooting skills.
3. Proficient in operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux
4. Skills in using diagnostic hand tools for hardware and system evaluation.
5. Capable of managing multi-task simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
6. Proactive and collaborative team players with a constructive and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Demonstrate reliability, accountability and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
