Help improve AI speech by listening to two audio recordings and choosing the better one!

 

AI systems need human feedback to understand which audio sounds better, clearer, and more natural. In this project, you’ll listen to two audio recordings and evaluate which one is better according to the provided project guidelines.

 

What you’ll do

 

▷ Listen to two audio recordings for each case

▷ Compare the two recordings carefully

▷ Choose which audio is better overall

▷ Follow the project’s evaluation guidelines when making your judgment

▷ Review each case carefully and make a consistent choice

▷ Complete approximately 20–23 cases per hour

 

What you’ll get

 

▷ Pay: $1.15 USD per completed case

▷ Expected workload: approximately 20–23 cases/hour

▷ Estimated earnings: approximately $23–$26.45 USD/hour based on the expected completion rate

▷ 4–6 hours/day of work

▷ Flexible, remote work-from-home opportunity

▷ Project duration of approximately 6 months

 

What you’ll need

 

▷ Bachelor’s degree or above

▷ Native speaker of the target language

▷ Previous audio evaluation experience

▷ Previous Appen project experience is preferred

▷ Strong attention to detail and good listening skills

▷ Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines

▷ Stable working availability, ideally around 9 AM–6 PM in your local time zone

▷ Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection

 

 

 

How the task works

 

For each case, you will be given two audio recordings. You will listen to both recordings and decide which one is better based on the project guidelines.

 

You are not required to transcribe the audio. Your main responsibility is to compare the two recordings and select the better one.

 

 

 

This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you will receive an email from CrowdGen regarding the creation of an account using your application email address. You will need to log in to this account and reset the password, complete the setup requirements, and proceed with your application for this project-based role.
