This is a talent pool specifically designed for Qualified Candidates, through which OSA will meticulously prescreen each applicant until they are deemed Ready for Placement. The notification will not only serve as an acknowledgment of their progress but will also provide further instructions on the upcoming steps in the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
