Remote Support Engineer for MRJob Description
As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be working with high-tech medical equipment and providing a best-in-class customer experience by giving remote technical support within Philips regulatory guidelines from any city in Spain.
Your role:
Provide remote technical support for MRI systems.
Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
Receives, registers, and provides technical service to the requests or problems coming in from all media channels and communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines.
Solutions are provided by using Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information or knowledge, creating service work orders and keeping the customer informed of the service status.
Focuses on Remote Resolution, where this is not possible provides a clear action plan, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before dispatch.
Handles complaints (safety & non-safety related) & Escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration and action.
You will be the part of Remote Service Engineer team and will report to Remote Team Lead and you can be based in any city in Spain.
You're the right fit if:
Customer orientation, stress-resistance, great communication and team-working skills.
Technical education at the university level or similar (bachelor's degree).
At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar for MRI modality.
Previous Experience / knowledge of remote technical support is a nice to have.
Continuous improvement and Lean methodology mindset.
Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish as the main local language required.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 41.098,75 –€63,420.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% Short-term Incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
