» Description of Services

We require Data Quality Specialists to deliver services to our Sofia Remote Operations Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in work at the forefront of sports technology, serving a passionate and dynamic global team.

Your services will support the successful delivery of technology for a range of elite sporting events. The scope of services will include data processing, quality control and system monitoring.

The hours are flexible and varied based on the requirements of specific events and service deliveries. Service delivery is based around 8 hr shifts which include weekdays, weekends and evening shifts.

Shifts are resourced flexibly to match availability and skillset as required by specific event schedules; however, consultants will be expected to offer availability for at least 4 days per week.

» Key Deliverables :

Supporting operational teams with various tasks, including:

• Pre, during and post-event checks

• Monitoring data quality during live events

• Identifying, investigating and correcting issues or anomalies in the data using Hawk-Eye tools and software

• Processing and exporting data outputs for downstream storage and distribution

• Completing post-match reports for client delivery

• Analysis of data to identify future improvements

• Reporting on service delivery outcomes (quality and efficiency)

» Requirements & Skills

• A strong technical grounding

• Acceptance that the nature of our business means that flexibility is essential. Shifts will regularly be carried out over weekends / evenings as defined by global sporting calendars

• Proven experience in excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive attitude and ability to work using your initiative to provide solutions and improvements

• Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to liaise with Hawk-Eye Innovations employees around the global

• An understanding and appreciation for the global sporting industry

• Previous experience in IT / data processing, broadcast, performance analysis or other sports industry applications would be beneficial

• A passion for sport, in particular Football, Baseball + Basketball
