Remote Legal Intake Specialist (Spanish & English Speaking)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to join a growing Lemon Law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience handling legal intakes, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in Spanish, with little to no English accent.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

●        Conduct initial client intake calls, gathering essential case details.

●        Assess client eligibility and provide a clear explanation of the firm's services.

●        Input and manage client information accurately in the firm’s database.

●        Schedule consultations and follow up on pending client documentation.

●        Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

●        Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case progression.

Qualifications:

●        Experience in legal intake (Lemon Law experience is a plus).

●        Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with minimal English accent.

●        Strong customer service and communication skills.

●        Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of client inquiries.

●        Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and case management software.
