Remote Desktop Support Technician

Location: DXC, Felixstow, Adelaide

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are expanding our Remote Services team and are seeking multiple Remote Desktop Support Technicians to join our Adelaide-based operations. You will be supporting major government clients, delivering high-quality remote desktop support in a fast-paced, enterprise Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Do you believe that you can:

• Provide remote desktop support to end users, including executive-level staff, using remote access tools.

• Deliver high-quality IT support to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

• Prioritise and manage new support tickets and existing work orders efficiently.

• Accurately document service details, time logs, and job notes in the ticketing system.

• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and task-specific timeframes.

Skills & Experience Required

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven experience in Level 1/2 IT support, preferably in an MSP or enterprise environment.

• Familiarity with basic hardware, Windows OS, and remote troubleshooting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A customer-first mindset with a professional and courteous approach.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• A collaborative team spirit and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to pass background checks including National Police Check and employment screening.

• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
