Job Summary
Huzzle is hiring an experienced Automation Engineer for an exciting remote opportunity with a growing company focused on operational excellence and digital transformation. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building scalable systems, streamlining workflows, and creating efficient automation solutions that improve business performance.
As an Automation Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and optimize automated processes across business and technical environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, integrate tools, and build automation workflows that reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and systems.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop integrations between platforms, applications, CRMs, and internal tools.
- Create and optimize automation using platforms such as Zapier, Make, APIs, or custom scripts.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, customer support, and engineering teams to improve processes.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and monitor system performance.
- Document automation workflows, configurations, and best practices.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across automation systems.
- Continuously research new tools and automation technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems operations, workflow automation, or related roles.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar languages preferred).
- Experience working with CRM platforms and business systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience with AI tools, automation agents, or process optimization is a strong advantage.
