Ideal candidates will:

• Have 1 to 2+ years of real estate agent experience
• Hold a current Missouri real estate license
• Be in good standing with the local Realtor board
• Dislike "hard sales" but love the idea of collaboration and comprehensive client service
• Have a desire and ability to positively interact with top business talent and their families
• Want more out of their career than traditional real estate can offer
