Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Plan and track all maintenance activities
• Conduct technical presentations
• Ensure proper equipment installation at site locations
• Implement network solutions for capability monitoring
• Promote good maintenance practices and a strong safety culture
• Investigate root causes of equipment failures
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead working-level communities to explore improvement opportunities
• Maintain the quality assurance system related to equipment maintenance
• Manage equipment monitoring activities
• Monitor facility performance data to establish effective control parameters
• Conduct training sessions
• Provide guidance to engineer/assistant engineer/technician
• Supervise/Coordinate routine servicing and repairing teams

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in relevant fields of Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in equipment and machine repair / maintenance
• Knowledge in JEDEC, AEC-100 and other relevant reliability standards are required
• Good communication (written and verbal) and ability to lead and organize projects
• Must work well both independently and in a cross-functional teams
