Job Description:

Motivate, Innovate, and Drive Operational Excellence

Are you a hands-on supervisor who thrives on solving complex problems, developing teams, and keeping operations running at peak performance? We’re looking for a Reliability Coordinator to take ownership of maintenance excellence across two plants and play a critical role in driving safety, uptime, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you won’t just manage maintenance—you’ll help lead from the front, inspire a skilled team across a three-shift operation, and build systems and strategies that elevate reliability to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Purpose: Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across both facilities.
  • Drive Reliability: Develop and execute proactive maintenance strategies that maximize uptime and performance.
  • Solve the Root Cause: Investigate recurring equipment failures and implement engineered solutions that prevent future issues.
  • Support & Collaborate: Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Own Critical Moments: Take charge during emergency maintenance situations with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage Partnerships: Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Use Data to Win: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Optimize Performance: Work closely with operations to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Control Costs: Contribute to maintenance budgeting and ensure resources are used effectively.

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma plus technical training, a 2-year engineering/technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in skilled trades, frontline supervision, or maintenance project management.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance expertise, including:
    • PLCs and VFDs
    • Mechanical power transmission
    • Hydraulics and pneumatics
    • Gas systems
  • Experience with CMMS and TPM programs.
  • Strong communication skills—you can lead, coach, and collaborate effectively.
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a tangible impact on two critical facilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing technical team
  • Work in a role that blends strategy, leadership, and hands-on problem solving
  • Be part of a culture that values initiative, innovation, and results

If you're ready to take ownership, drive reliability, and lead a team to success, we’d love to hear from you.
