Release Manager

Major Accountabilities:
• Planning and coordination of the engineering activities which are necessary for each release
• Align Release schedule internally and externally
• Verify and Approve System/Software reports
• Ensure software quality goals are met
• Create and maintain Jira structures to ensure timely deliveries
• Cooperate with Product Management to create and sustain the Feature Rollout Plan
• Support Product Management to maintain product backlog Lead process to track/plan and mitigate existing Problems and Risks
• Create the needed documentation of a release
• Provide input to the System Software Development Plan (SSDP) to define the release strategy
• Is the voice to the stakeholders (customer, suppliers, internal stakeholders) in terms of all release relevant topics

Authorities:
• Agree on release documentation for releases with stakeholders (customer, suppliers, internal stakeholders)
• Release of deliveries in agreement with Engineering Project Leader / Platform Owner and Quality Assurance
