REIT Special Counsel / Senior Associate

We are looking for a Special Counsel / Senior Associate based in NY to join our REIT practice. Prior REIT experience is required. This is a great opportunity to join a nationally recognized REIT practice and gain immediate client exposure, mentorship, training, and business development opportunities. 

The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys.  As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:

1st year:  $225,000

2nd year: $235,000

3rd year:  $260,000

4th year:  $310,000

5th year:  $365,000

6th year:  $390,000

7th year:  $420,000   

8th year:  $435,000   

Compensation (from employer):
New York Salary Range — 390,000 – 435,000 USD — (<span style="font-size: 14px;"><em>The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.</em></span>)
