Arvin Post Acute is currently hiring a dedicated and energetic Rehab Tech with CNA Certification to join our therapy team. This dual-role position supports both the therapy department and nursing staff, ensuring that residents receive safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist therapy staff (PT, OT, and SLP) with treatment setup, resident transfers, and exercise programs

• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas

• Document resident participation and support accurate recordkeeping

• Perform CNA duties as needed, including assisting with ADLs, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and feeding

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff

• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents during rehabilitation

• Assist with scheduling and coordination of therapy services

Qualifications:

• Current California CNA certification (required)

• Prior experience in rehab or therapy support preferred

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be dependable, organized, and team-oriented

• CPR certification (preferred)
