Taiwan-FSP-Regulatory Clinical Trial Manager- Hybrid

As a Regulatory Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, you will manage country-level regulatory submission activities, working with global and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical trial outcomes.

Please note that this position requires working onsite at the sponsor’s Taipei office five days per week for the first three months to familiar with SOP and working proccesses. The role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement thereafter.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee TFDA and Ethics Committee submissions and approvals for assigned protocols.

  • Align country submission timelines, milestones, and deliverables with global and regional teams.

  • Coordinate local-language documents, including informed consent forms, patient materials, and translations.

  • Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, quality, medical, legal, finance, vendors, and site teams.

  • Identify submission risks, resolve operational issues, ensure compliance, and improve local processes.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Associate experience.

  • At least 2 years of TFDA and Ethics Committee submission management experience.

  • At least 1 year of Clinical Trial Management or Study Start-Up project management experience.

  • Strong project management, regulatory knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
