We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Regulatory Capital Controller - Vice President to work in our Finance Division.


In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Apply solid knowledge of Regulatory Capital framework for Basel III Credit Risk, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and Leverage for the US

  • Develop understanding of key Regulatory rules and ensure proper application to various calculations

  • Understand the business, products, accounting dimension and RWA drivers as well as upstream data feeds into the RWA calculations

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and monitor resources for certain product level calculations in Budapest

  • Collaborate with other departments both globally and locally

  • Create ad hoc analysis and data requests for Business Units 

  • Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives, automation projects and innovation efforts

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent Economics, Finance or Business-related discipline and availability to work full time 

  • Min. 8 years of relevant experience in Finance/Risk/Business Analysis/Accounting, preferably in financial services industry (regulatory reporting, financial and product control, liquidity, treasury)

  • Proven skills in investigating complex data issues and discover root causes

  • Experience with establishing and meeting critical deadlines, as well as tracking and driving execution

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal/writing and present to various types of audiences complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner

  • Flexibility to change priorities as new situations present themselves

  • Prior experience in regulatory reporting roles and familiarity with Basel regulations is an advantage

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, prior knowladge in workflow tools such as Alteryx or Knime is an advantage
