About the Role 

 

This position supports the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region in a regulatory administrative capacity. The team is dynamic and collaborative, providing essential support to local regulatory specialists and other departments. The role focuses on day-to-day administrative tasks related to regulatory affairs, including database management, document tracking, and communication with internal teams. 

While part of the Regulatory Affairs organization, this role is not technical or strategic, but rather centered on routine administrative support to help ensure smooth regulatory operations across the region. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Provide administrative support to Regulatory teams across the EMEA region 

  • Maintain and update the regulatory database with information from internal systems and US teams 

  • Track documentation changes and ensure accurate data entry 

  • Communicate product certifications and updates to divisional teams 

  • Review product change notifications for database impact 

  • Support tender documentation by providing accurate regulatory materials 

  • Assist with regulatory operations and coordination tasks 

  • Monitor regulation updates and support internal tracking 

  • Suggest small improvements to existing administrative processes 

 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Law, Communication) 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) 

  • Proficient in standard computer tools (e.g., MS Office) 

  • Previous experience in an administrative or regulatory support role is a plus, but not required 

  • Familiarity with medical device regulations or quality systems is an advantage 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Able to manage routine tasks independently and reliably 

  • Fast learner with a conscientious and accurate work style
