We are seeking a full-time Registered Psychologist to join our growing team supporting individuals in their recovery following workplace and motor vehicle-related injuries. 

 

Your new role 

This is a structured, outcomes-focused clinical role where you will support clients to regain independence, improve functioning, and move toward meaningful recovery. 

You will: 

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for clients experiencing trauma, adjustment difficulties, chronic pain, and work-related stress  
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial formulation and risk assessment  
  • Develop goal-orientated treatment plans with a strong focus on functional and vocational outcomes  
  • Prepare clear, high-quality reports that support recovery planning and stakeholder decision-making  
  • Collaborate with GPs, rehabilitation providers, employers, and insurers  
  • Participate in case conferences and return-to-work planning  
  • Integrate practical, real-world goals into therapy (e.g. return to work, daily functioning, confidence rebuilding)  

Alongside scheme work, you may also: 

  • Provide EAP counselling and wellbeing services (as a secondary component of the role) 

  

About you  

  • A psychologist registered with AHPRA (General Registration), with no conditions or reprimands.  
  • Experience in workers’ compensation, injury management or rehabilitation (or a strong interest in developing expertise)  
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning and report writing skills  
  • Ability to build effective relationships with insurers, GPs and rehabilitation providers  
  • Full Australian working rights  
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check  
  • Current driver’s licence
