We're looking for a driven and caring Registered Nurse to work in a Healthcare/ Rehabilitation Facility to join our skilled nursing team. Experience with completion/submission of MDS assessments to CMS and care planning.

The Nurse Manager assists in the organization, development, management and administration of day to day nursing activities. The Nurse Manager remains active in department activities, interdisciplinary team activities, and activities to ensure individualized, patient-centered health care for all patient populations.

Bachelor’s degree in an approved Registered Nurse program

Minimum two years of nursing experience 

Current Registered Nurse license in the state where practicing is required
