Registered Nurse (RN) Cancer Center- Radiation

The UMC TLC2 Cancer Center offers a comprehensive spectrum of care focused on patient-centered treatment and support for patients and their families. Through research-based therapies, our clinic and infusion center provide specialized care for both adult and pediatric patients with hematologic, oncologic, and non-cancerous blood disorders.


Registered professional nurse who assesses, implements or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy while providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. Relates effectively with other departments for optimal continuity of care.


Qualifications:
-Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
-Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License
-Must maintain a current BLS certification from American Heart Association
-BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire
-Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
