REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

The Clinical Nurse-AN-Supp functions in a multifaceted role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of nursing. The Clinical Nurse-AN-Supp is responsible for maintaining high standards for a caseload of patients as described by the scope of care for the area of practice and demonstrates appropriate actions based on sound scientific principles. The Clinical Nurse-AN-Supp also coordinates and directs care delivered by ancillary staff. The Clinical Nurse-AN-Supp is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The Clinical Nurse-AN-Supp directly/indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care provide to patients/families/significant others.
