Overview:

Sentara CarePlex Hospital located is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Resource Pool.

Shift: Rotating

License and Certification

  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Education

  • RN-Associate’s Degree, or

  • RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or

  • RN-Diploma, or

  • RN-Master’s Degree

Experience Requirements: Registered Nurses require 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area i.e. ICU, OR, etc. to be eligible for the Resource Pool.

Work Requirements: Facility supported: Nurses are required to work assigned shifts in all units in their division of choice.

Flexi - Hours: The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift
