font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Possession of a current Louisiana Registered Nurse license or a temporary permit or multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state to practice as a registered nurse plus one of the following:</span><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Three years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR</span><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">A bachelor's degree in nursing plus two years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; OR</span><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">A master's degree in nursing or public health plus two years of experience as a licensed registered nurse; text-indent: 0">As a Registered Nurse-Program Coordinator, you will p<span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">lan, develop, implement, and monitor facility-wide multi-disciplinary programs, i.e., to coordinate facility-wide activities related to quality control, including, but not limited to: Infection Control, Discharge Planning, Quality Assurance, and DRG.</span></span><br><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">The Registered Nurse-Program Coordinator also</span>:</span><br><ul style="padding-left: 2rem; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Implements and coordinates infection control programs such as TB skin testing program, RSV assessment, Covid outbreaks/screens/vaccinations/surveillance, shingles information/vaccination, seasonal concerns such as flu and pneumococcal, etc.</span></li><li><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Performs infection control surveillances throughout the home by doing rounds daily.</span></li><li><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Completes / inputs / documents / reports regarding NHSN reporting requirements such as flu, Covid vaccinations, etc. </span></li><li><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Utilization of proper isolation procedures - enhanced barrier precautions, transmission based precautions.</span></li></ul><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal;
