Current Dialysis Experience is Required

The Lafayette, LA den is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are seeking a PRN RN to work about 4 days per month for coverage.

The 6-chair den is located on site at Camelot Rehabilitation at Magnolia Park 1511 Dulles Dr. Lafayette LA 70506

DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites

• Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care

• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans

• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What to Expect:

• Dialysis experience required

• Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs

Requirements:

• Dialysis Experience and 1+ year working as a Registered Nurse

• Current RN license in the state of practice

• ADN required; BSN preferred

• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus

• CNN or CDN certification preferred
