About The Role

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team on Hutchison Ward - Cardiovascular, with some Neurosurgical and Renal patients
  • The role involves delivering patient centred care that coordinates individualised care from admission and throughout hospitalisation, incorporating discharge planning in the plan of care.
  • Includes provision of detailed documentation of a systematic comprehensive and accurate assessment of patients.
  • Coordinates and implements the intervention(s) identified in the plan of care/ clinical path.
  • Evaluate and record progress towards expected outcomes and revise the plan of care as necessary.
  • Innovative and informed by current research using contemporary techniques and technology.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 2-3 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse with some cardiac experience.
  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Must work well within a team environment and promote team cohesion.

  • Post graduate studies in cardiovascular, neurology or renal
