Daily Responsibilities:  

• Telephonic position to ensure medical necessity and appropriate level of care. Develop, assess and adjust as necessary the care plan and promote desired outcome. 

Hours for this Position:

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Full Time with medical benefits offered
