Registered Nurse

Little Falls Health Services of Little Falls is seeking a qualified individual to join our Mission-centered team as a Registered Nurse at our Skilled Nursing Facility.  This is a great opportunity to be involved in the unique qualities of Long Term Care and great for the person looking to work part time.

The services of Little Falls Health Services include assisted living, a full range of therapies, senior housing and skilled nursing care.

The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities

performed by nursing assistants. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards,

guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required and communicated by the Director of Nursing (DON) or

Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.  Previous leadership skills helpful.
