Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assess and monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians
Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Document care and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Current California RN license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented and dependable
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
