DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
  • Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
  • Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What to Expect:

  • No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training provided
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • May float to multiple facilities during and after training
  • Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
  • CNN or CDN certification preferred
