Summary: The Field Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient and family needs in order to promote the best care that the Home Health Team can give for recovery and rehabilitation. Registered Nurse will be responsible for Plan of Cares and Assessments 

-Registered Nurse License- State of Florida

-CPR Card and Nursing CEU's

-Drivers License and Auto insurance 

-Level 2 Background Check
