🥦 Your Role Will Include:

• Assessing nutritional needs of residents and developing individualized care plans

• Collaborating with nursing, dietary, and therapy teams to support optimal outcomes

• Monitoring and adjusting meal plans as residents’ needs change

• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility nutrition guidelines

• Educating residents, families, and staff about healthy nutrition practices

✅ Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) in California

• Preferably 1+ year of experience in a clinical healthcare setting OR completion of an accredited internship

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
