About iLearn & Play

At iLearn & Play, we’re more than a pediatric therapy company; we’re a passionate community committed to making a real difference for children and their families. We provide a range of services, including ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy, each carefully designed to empower children and unlock their potential. If you’re driven to do meaningful work, eager to join a supportive, close-knit team, and ready for a journey of growth personally and professionally, we want to hear from you!

Why Choose Us?

At iLearn & Play, we celebrate every achievement, big and small. Our mission is to unlock each child's boundless potential, one family at a time, while also supporting the growth of our team members both personally and professionally. Here, you'll find support, mentorship, and chances to grow—not just as an RBT but as a leader in the field and as an individual. Join us for a meaningful journey where you’ll gain valuable skills, build confidence, and make a lasting impact. With iLearn & Play, you’re not only helping to shape brighter futures for our clients but also for yourself.

What You'll Do:

As an RBT with iLearn & Play, you’ll be hands-on, creating a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment for children at home, in school, and within the community. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing the Plan to Life: Implement behavior treatment programs designed by your BCBA Supervisor, using creativity and enthusiasm to engage children.
  • Promoting Communication & Social Skills: Support kids in developing crucial communication abilities and social interaction skills, from basic play to more complex conversational skills.
  • Fostering Independence: Teach adaptive living skills that empower children to take on daily routines and tasks.
  • Data Collection: Track and record each child’s progress, providing valuable insights that shape their journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a BCBA, parents, and other team members in regular meetings to optimize each child’s program.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Required:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Current RBT Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Professionalism, excellent communication skills, and adaptability.
    • Comfort with technology and software for data collection and reporting.
    • Reliable transportation to travel to various locations (home, school, and community).
    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Preferred:
    • One year of experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavior management strategies.
    • Six months of experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
    • CPR and First Aid Certification (Adult/Pediatric).

Travel Requirement:

  • 100% (Preferred) – travel to clients in home, school, and/or community settings.
