Your day to day 

As a Regional Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving commercial strategy execution within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring strong business performance, and maximizing growth opportunities while aligning with overall commercial objectives. 
 

• Drive territory performance by monitoring sales development and setting volume targets 

• Define and align territory targets with national objectives 

• Manage and optimize investments in retail infrastructure and commercial activities 

• Lead and develop B2B and B2C teams 

• Build strong relationships with retail partners 

• Implement territory plans and identify growth opportunities 

• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards 

Who we’re looking for 

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, sales or marketing 

• Experience in people management 

• Strong analytical and project management skills 

• Valid driving license 

• Proficiency in English and local language
