As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding existing accounts, and mentoring a team of sales professionals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, strengthen market presence, and achieve sustainable business growth while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SalesField Sales, or Regional Sales Management within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets through new business acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies, consultative selling, account planning, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience managing large accounts and building relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
