Regional Program Manager, Cooling as a Service (Caas)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the development and deployment of Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for building partner ecosystems, establishing operational frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient cooling solutions aligned with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships to enable end-to-end delivery of CaaS solutions across Southeast Asia. 

• Establish and standardize CaaS playbooks, processes, and training programs for both internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent execution based on industry best practices. 

• Lead and manage CaaS engineering teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality deployment of solutions. 

• Develop and refine CaaS business models and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing, incorporating voice of customer (VOC) insights and market research. 

• Drive operational excellence by building deep expertise in CaaS delivery, maintenance, and lifecycle management. 

• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality and profitability. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and regional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 

• Strong understanding of service-based business models (e.g., as-a-service, subscription, or outcome-based models). 

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage partner ecosystems across multiple countries. 

• Experience in leading technical or operation service teams in a regional capacity. 

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and market analysis. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Southeast Asia markets. 

• Familiarity with operations and execution of strategy.

• Proven experience in data center cooling, thermal management, or related infrastructure solutions.
