Apply to this jobWe are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Process Excellence Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Vyškov. In this role, you will drive the standardization and continuous improvement of manufacturing process technologies across multiple production sites, helping to transform proven factory practices into scalable standards that improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
The position is based in Vyškov and includes approximately 20% travel, primarily to France and Denmark.
As a technology owner within Technical Services Processes, you will drive the standardization and deployment of robust, scalable manufacturing technologies across divisions and PCOs.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and develop standards for mass production technologies, including the technology roadmap within assigned technology domains.
- Define, maintain, and improve:
- Process technology standards
- Reference designs and benchmarks
- SOPs and implementation guidelines
- Ensure technologies are industrialized, mature, and scalable across sites.
- Facilitate structured collaboration across divisions, factories, and TS functions.
- Drive best-practice sharing across the business area.
- Translate factory input and operational experience into improvements and standards.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive technology-focused improvement initiatives.
- Support cost-out programs through process optimization.
- Act as a technical counterpart and trusted partner to PCOs and divisions on mass production technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and mass production technologies.
- Proven experience improving, standardizing, and scaling manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing processes across multiple manufacturing sites is a strong advantage.
- Lean skills (5S, SW, TPM, CI, PPS) and a go-to-GEMBA mindset.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills in cross-functional, international environments.
- Ability to influence without formal line authority.
- Structured, data-driven, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable balancing strategic direction with operational detail.
- Willingness to travel and engage closely with factory environments (approximately 20% travel, mainly to France and Denmark).
- Fluency in English; Czech language is an advantage.
