**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with regional management to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on HR performance and metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to regional HR staff.
- Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.

**Skills:**
- Strong HR management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR management.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM) preferred.
