Regional Fleet Driver | CDL-A | Home Weekly | No Touch Freight - Chula Vista

Employment Type: Full-Time

Primary Duties

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes
• Transport dry van freight to customer locations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and required documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Work Schedule

• Regional operation throughout the Southwest
• Home weekly for a scheduled 34-hour reset
• Average 2,240+ miles per week

Freight Information

• Dry van trailers
• 100% no-touch freight
• Primarily drop-and-hook loads

Compensation

• $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
• Safety incentive opportunities available
• Additional mileage pay available for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required)
• Driver Pay Protection Program available
• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Hiring Information

Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
