Regional Fleet Coordinator (Czech Republic)

The scope of responsibilities:

• Process driver data changes, vehicle terminations, fuel card requests and respond to maintenance program questions

• Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local rules and regulations

• Provide vehicle information to HR for BIK and payroll deductions for employee paid options

• Code invoices with correct GL code and cost center

• Maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.

• Answer routine questions and assist employees

• Implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in company

• Maintain and monitor data management system to organize the EMEA fleet

• Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information to forecast new requirement

• Streamline and monitor fuel / electric purchase system with assistance of fuel cards / charge cards for all vehicles and drivers

• Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives

Qualifications:

• Preferred: University degree or proven track of relevant experience (1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment)

• Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2)

• Nice to have: good written and verbal communication in another European language besides English and mother tongue

• Good organizational skills, detailed oriented with a "can-do" attitude

• Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office)

• Good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Customer Service Focus and Process Orientation

• Flexible to take on new challenges
