Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary strategic advisor to the board, influencing macro business decisions beyond traditional financial reporting.
- Capital Deployment Architecture: Evaluate and optimize multi-year CAPEX modeling, asset utilization, and strategic funding allocations.
- Process Standardization: Design and enforce world-class institutional financial policies across accounting, tax, and procurement.
- Executive Matrix Reporting: Synthesize complex regional data streams into concise, board-ready financial narratives for the global executive committee.
- P&L Optimization: Drive margin maximization and re-engineer operating costs while supporting aggressive market expansion and client acquisition initiatives.
- Distributed Governance: Champion financial discipline and provide rigorous leadership and strategic direction to finance heads across all operating campuses.

- Shared Services Consolidation: Mastermind the end-to-end strategy, execution, and stabilization of a centralized shared services operating model.
- Digital Infrastructure Upgrades: Eliminate spreadsheet dependencies and transition the portfolio to automated, cloud-based digital reporting dashboards.
- Post-Acquisition Integration: Lead financial due diligence, commercial capacity modeling, and system onboarding for newly acquired regional business units.
- Operational Toolkit: Expertise in margin protection, cash flow optimization, working capital restructuring, and navigating matrix organizations.
- Talent Bench Evolution: Restructure local finance operations, hire, mentor, and upskill financial leaders to build a robust internal talent pipeline.

About you

- Elite Credentials: Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA, MICPA, FCA, or equivalent global credential).
- Rigorous Foundation: Early career training within a Big 4 professional services environment (e.g., PwC, KPMG) at a management level.
- Boardroom Gravitas: A definitive, assertive leader comfortable challenging the status quo, negotiating value, and defending business cases to sophisticated stakeholders.
- Highly preferred sectors include Multi-Campus International Schools, High-End Hospitality/Leisure, Healthcare Groups, or multi-site retail conglomerates.
- A top-tier international MBA / international experience is a value-add
