Job Description

We are seeking an experienced healthcare technology leader to drive the growth and commercialization of our Radiology Informatics (RI) and Advanced Visualization (AVI) portfolio across the Growth Region.

This role will lead regional go-to-market strategy, support strategic customer engagements, accelerate business opportunities, and partner with sales teams to deliver growth and profitability targets.

Your Role:

• Define and execute regional growth and go-to-market strategies for the RI & AVI portfolio.

• Drive strategic customer engagements and support complex commercial opportunities.

• Lead adoption and commercialization of AI-enabled imaging solutions.

• Manage regional business funnel performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Enable sales teams with value propositions, sales plays, and competitive positioning strategies.

• Act as the voice of the region, providing market insights and input to global portfolio and innovation strategies.

You are the right fit if;

• Bachelor's/ master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.

• Min.10 years, experience in business development, sales in Healthcare IT, Medical Software, Radiology Informatics, RIS, PACS, and Enterprise Imaging.

• Strong skills in business development, stakeholder management (C-suite level), KPI monitoring and reporting, and commercial acumen

• Knowledge of Advanced Visualization solutions and AI applications in medical imaging.

• Proven track record in developing and executing multi-country go-to-market strategies.

• Experience managing complex software opportunities and influencing senior clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.

• Strong commercial mindset, customer focus, and ability to operate effectively in global matrix organizations.

• Experience in Growth region is preferred (for internal applicants).

• Fluent in English addition to local languages

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
