About the Role:
- Lead overall facilities management operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, maintenance, and operational standards while managing budgets, costs, and CMMS processes.
- Oversee the delivery of facility services across sites, including engineering, maintenance, custodial, and life-safety functions, ensuring client and tenant needs are met effectively.
- Manage service contracts, vendor performance, procurement activities, audits, and compliance programs to ensure contractual, statutory, and financial obligations are achieved.
- Drive financial planning and performance by developing operating and capital budgets, monitoring expenditures, reviewing work order metrics, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage facility management teams while fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business leaders to achieve KPIs and continuous operational improvement.
About You:
- Over 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related industry, including senior leadership roles, preferably with Asia Pacific exposure.
- Relevant educational qualification in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or equivalent combination of experience and career achievements.
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience, with a strong track record of leading, developing, and collaborating with teams.
- Strong technical and operational expertise in facilities/property management, with the ability to interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Highly customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
