The Region Manager - Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) provides strategic and operational leadership to safeguard the health, safety, and business continuity of two dynamic business groups. This high-impact role oversees a diverse workforce of approximately 5,000 employees across two business groups, featuring a large mobile phlebotomy / health data collection team of 3,000 professionals working throughout the United States and a small group in Canada. The Regional Manager will champion a culture of safety by collaborating with key organizational leaders and EHS peers. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe working conditions, consultation and training, injury investigations, workers' compensation management, business continuity, and leadership of two EHS professionals.
