Residency Program Outline

The Redeemer Christian Church Residency is a two-year training plan designed to help potential ministers clarify their calling and receive practical, hands-on training and theological equipping in and among the church body. Here is the program's outline and objectives:

• Two-year Commitment
• Includes directed reading and discipleship, shadowing, training, and ministry opportunities
• Requires support-raising with and through Reliant Mission
• Ideal for college students, college grads, and seminary students
• Seminary support available for qualified applicants
• Most roles open to men and women

Residency Job Description

• Assigned Reading with Executive Pastor
  
• Shadowing, Training, and Ministry Opportunities with Ministry Directors
• Fundraising with Reliant Ministries
• Inclusion in monthly all-staff meetings, schedule permitting
• Inclusion in ministry team meetings (e.g. generational/youth/kids, worship, college, gospel community)
