- Monitoring daily service level activities across the team. Have supporting delivery / governance plans to achieve the expected service levels
- Support the team to achieve their expected daily input & output targets (result oriented). Motivate and guide the team in right direction to ensure weekly and monthly targets are met
- Ensuring everyone in the team is productive as per business requirements
- On need basis must endeavor to perform hands-on (lead from the front). Conduct process wellness checks to review if the said processes are being rightly followed
- Bridge & develop relationship between internal & external stakeholders (offshore and onshore team)
- Work closely with the team and onshore resource managers to support training needs
- Drive Continuous Improvements
- Management Reporting (MI)
- Risk and Change Management (Exception Handling)
- Partnering in Performance Management / Performance Development Plans
- Support Organizational Goals & Objectives
Total Experience Expected: 05-08 years

- Weekly & Monthly performance MI reviews
- Weekly & Monthly project reviews with onshore resource managers
- Governance Activities
- Monthly Team 1:1s
- Career planning and management for team members
- Work Force Management (Absenteeism & Leave Management)
- Quarterly reviews
- Weekly Team Meetings
- Timesheet submission & approvals
- Supervise improvement plans
- Encouraging Learning & Development (internal / external)
- Strategic MI – Analysis at team or individual level etc
- Attrition Management – EWS , Reporting, Retention- as applicable etc
- Hiring right talent pool (new hires)
- Incident Management – Infrastructure, mobility etc
- Timely reward and recognition for the team
- Key cascades to the team from organizational or delivery perspective
- Driving GPTW initiatives
- Encouraging wellness leaves (work life balance)
- Bottom Quartile Management
