We are looking for a driven, dynamic, go-getter Recruitment Specialist to help us find and attract incredible talent ready to make an impact in our communities.

  • Pay Rate: 27.00-29.00 USD hourly

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Creating engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
  • Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate documentation

1. Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates; experience with nonprofit hiring is a plus.

2. Tech-Savvy & Systems Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, social media, and other digital recruiting tools for candidate sourcing.

3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborative approach to partnering with hiring managers through regular intake meetings, alignment on staffing needs, and coordination throughout the hiring process.

4. Work Authorization & Workplace Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States and able to work on-site.

5. Availability: Available for occasional job fairs and community events.

6. Industry Experience: Experience recruiting in nonprofit services, social services, healthcare, or disability-services is preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: The Recruitment and Retention Specialist must possess an associates' degree. Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources-related area is preferred. Experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
