volution are on the lookout for a reliable and eager Recruitment Resourcer to help support the team based in Mansfield as we go through an exciting growth period. The role is on a permanent basis.  Recruitment Resourcer duties will include:

• Candidate phone screening and interviewing
• CV formatting and preparation
• Inducting our employees on client’s sites
• Shortlisting
• Using local job centres
• Administration
• Attending job fairs.
• Database and system management

To be a successful Recruitment Resourcer you will have the following skills and experience:

Previous industry experience is not essential and the most important ingredient is energy and drive. Great communication skills both written and verbal, highly organised and able to deal with volume emails, Creative and ability to think outside the box, working in a fast paced environment, professional, dedicated work ethic, desirable although by no means as essential a great attitude and desire to learn new skills.

The Recruitment Resourcer salary and hours are negotiable - full driving license is essential due to attending client sites etc., full training will be provided
