Salary: Up to £23,000 p/a + monthly bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation based in Manvers, Rotherham as a Recruitment Resourcer.

The main role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.

Responsibilities:

• Source & Identify potential learners to enrol on various national training programmes
• Identify & match applicants to vacancies
• Interview potential candidates over the phone
• Create applicant shortlists
• Keep regular contact with enrolled learners during the course
• Provide effective information and guidance to both internal and external customer/clients
• Produce high-quality Management information reports
• Liaise with trainers to maximise learner retention

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player
• Flexible, confident and results driven
